Every adult guest must show a valid NID, passport or birth certificate at check-in.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. A late check-out may be charged as decided at the front desk.
Only registered guests may stay overnight in the room.
Visitors may meet guests in the lobby only, and must leave by 10:00 PM.
Children aged 0–5 stay free; children aged 6 and above are charged as adults.
Smoking is not allowed inside corridors. A cleaning charge applies if this rule is broken.
Alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, explosives and strong-smelling foods are not allowed in the hotel.
Please keep noise low, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
For your privacy, hotel staff will not enter your room without your permission. If you would like your room made up, please ask at the reception when you go out, and housekeeping will clean it while you are away.
Please do not cook or use electric heaters, irons or other high-power appliances in the room.
Any damage or loss of hotel property (furniture, linen, towels, remote, TV, fittings) will be charged to the guest as per the hotel's damage price list.
At check-out, housekeeping will check the room after you leave it. Please wait at the reception until the room is cleared.
